This workshop offers a safe, empowering space to break free from reactive stress patterns and develop practical, intentional habits for long-term wellbeing.

Through guided reflection, science-based strategies, and skill-building activities, participants learn how to interrupt the cycle of burnout and build a new relationship with stress. Whether it's setting boundaries, processing difficult emotions, or shifting from survival mode to self-leadership, this session equips staff with tools they can use immediately and consistently.

Designed for both individuals and teams, the session blends emotional safety with accountability—allowing participants to reconnect with their strengths, build emotional clarity, and confidently choose growth over reaction.

Facilitated by a trauma-informed mental health educator, this isn’t just a workshop—it’s a stepping stone toward healthier habits, greater self-awareness, and stronger workplace culture.

Price range: $1,800 – $2,400 CAD

Half-Day Virtual Workshop

Price range: $850 – $1,250 CAD

  • 2.5 to 3-hour live virtual session

  • Up to 20 participant

  • Digital workbook or slide deck
